Employer Letter Generator
The remote-work letter is the document that quietly sinks the most applications — usually because it's missing one required clause. Fill in the boxes, add your email, and I'll generate a clean first draft with every clause the file needs. Then send it to me for review before it goes in.
Your draft

Fill in the boxes on the left, then add your email and I'll generate the full draft right here — and send you the document checklist plus a note on the traps this one letter can't cover (letterhead, PEO, salary conversion, apostilles).
Not legal advice. This draft is a starting point only — not a finished document. Every application is different: employment terms, PEO arrangements, salary currency, and consulate practice all vary. Have your letter reviewed by a qualified attorney before it goes in the file.
Why this letter is where cases fail
Spain's Ley 28/2022 requires the letter to prove three things — an ongoing, genuine relationship, that the work is authorized to be done remotely from anywhere including Spain, and the income. Omit any one and the file risks a rejection or a requerimiento that adds weeks. This draft includes all three. Two things it can't do for you:
- Letterhead. It must go on official company letterhead — logo, address, contact at the top — and be signed. Paste this text into your company's letterhead template.
- PEO cases. If you're on Justworks, TriNet, Rippling or Gusto, the letter usually has to come from the PEO (your co-employer), not only your client company.
